Desert Color is planned and zoned for 32,000 residential units, including an active adult community, 4 million square feet of commercial space,
including a 3 million square foot central commercial village, a 1,500-acre resort area and a 2,400-acre Legacy Park system. The Legacy Park system will include golf courses, interconnecting local parks, mountains, and a large central park at the base of the mountains.
